My client is a leading B2C business at the forefront of digital innovation and design thinking, championing customer data in everything they do.
They are undergoing a massive transformation across their core systems and portfolio of Products and are now in need of a commercially savvy, growth-minded Product Manager to steer them into their next phase of optimisation.
About The Client
Currently, there is a huge opportunity to double their revenue for key portfolios of work, and the lead Product Manager will be responsible for driving and scaling this success. This role touches the lives of thousands of customers daily.
With the support of a full Product and Engineering team, this role will be responsible for:
• Redefining the experience for current and future customers for both online and omni channel experiences
• Leading and driving product roadmaps across multiple portfolios of work.
• End-to-end product work from discovery through to implementation and managing the roadmap changes through to delivery.
• Partnering with key GMs and other senior stakeholders in different divisions to understand pain points, what's working, what's not, and how to improve.
• There will be a strong focus on omnichannel experiences while increasing the volume of online conversions.
About the candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have skills in the following:
• A seasoned Product Manager who has been in highly commercial roles with strong accountability for portfolio revenue (you won't manage the P&L) but is used to working in a portfolio circa $70 million
• Proven track record of increasing growth and conversions for sales, customers, and other KPI metrics.
• Strong mindset to unpack data and willingness to be curious and unpack pain points and rediscover ways of working.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across portfolios and other teams.
• Previous experience working on web, app, mobile, Sales cycles, Chatbots, and conversation AI would be a bonus
• A background in general insurance is advantageous but not essential.
