The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading social media technology company, they are currently looking for a Senior/Lead Algorithm Engineer for the team expansions and participate in NLP related development to support business growth.
The Job:
• Language understanding tasks, encompassing intention recognition, emotion recognition, FAQ handling, etc.
• Construction of an intelligent dialogue system, involving the extraction of questions and answers.
• Multilingual text generation for various purposes such as product copy, dialogue summaries, email replies, etc.
• Machine translation activities, covering the translation of product titles, details, instant messaging, and other applicable scenarios.
• Cross-lingual search initiatives, incorporating cross-language matching, cross-lingual vector retrieval, and similar tasks.
• Contribution to the creation of scalable and optimized AI/machine learning (ML) models.
• Emphasis on developing algorithms for the extraction, transformation, and loading of large volumes of real-time, unstructured data to deploy AI/ML solutions derived from theoretical data science models.
• Conducting experiments to assess the performance of deployed models, and addressing and resolving any bugs that may arise during the process.
• Collaborating within a team environment, applying expertise in statistics, scripting, and programming languages relevant to the firm's requirements.
• Utilizing the relevant software platforms for the deployment of models.
The Talent:
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Candidates with practical experience in NLP (intelligent dialogue, machine translation, etc.) are preferred.
• Familiarity with at least one computer programming language, including but not limited to C/C++/Java/go/python.
• Candidates with published high-level papers, including but not limited to ACL, EMNLP, COLING, AAAI, IEEE TASLP, etc., are preferred.
