We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing the user experience for our digital products. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights, define user personas, and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and facilitate user testing.
• UI Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• UX Design: Develop and refine user flows, interaction designs, and information architecture to optimize the user experience.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and to address technical constraints.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are effective and functional across different devices and platforms.
• Accessibility Compliance: Design interfaces that are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, adhering to WCAG guidelines.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Analytics and Feedback: Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve the user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in web and mobile design, including responsive and adaptive design.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of user interface animation and motion design.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in conducting A/B testing and interpreting user analytics.
