Responsibilities
• Monitor network performance and provide 1st tier trouble shooting
• Conduct regular patch updates and firmware upgrades for network devices to ensure security and performance
• Perform network equipment configuration and maintenance tasks
• Assist in maintaining network documentation, including network diagrams and inventories
• Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network traffic and bandwidth utilization to ensure optimal network performance
• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues for end users and provide timely resolution
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of network security policies and procedures
• ASSIST in the monitoring and analysis of network logs and alerts to identify security threats or anomalies
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of network hardware and software upgrades
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subject
• At least 3 years hands on experience
• Familiar with LAN, WAN, TCP/IP network, VPN, firewall, router, switch
• Knowledge in network security will be advantage
• Holding CCNP certificates is an advantage
• Good problem solving and independent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Less experience will also be considered
