Job Responsibility
Infrastructure Implementation
• Liaise with Product Teams on implementation, configuration and troubleshooting on cloud infrastructure (Virtualization, Hardware, Storage and Networking) for support new Services and customers.
Assure & Operations Support
• Tier 3 support and troubleshooting our multiple cloud infrastructure to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure services
• Coordinate and manage vendors in fault resolution when necessary to rectify problems
• Manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis with vendors on cloud systems
• Perform upgrades, patches and tuning to improvement platform performance
• Monitor the cloud infrastructure and application performance to meet with required KPI
• Accommodate complex customer change request
Customer Order Delivery
• Provisioning of customer orders on Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, System Integration and other solutions on case-by-case basis
• Manage the customer onboarding smoothly with proper handover to operation team
• Evaluate and implement change requests from customers
Process & Quality Management
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001 in daily operation to ensure service is up to standards
• Support the development and implementation of relevant tools to improve the operation efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage the inventory to fulfil daily operations requirements.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 years of experience in ISP / CT industries
• Knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux is a must
• Knowledge of NAS, SAN, Computer hardware, DNS, Email, Firewall, Switching, Routing, VPN and Virtual technology
• Knowledge of public Cloud domain technology such as AWS, Azure, AliCloud, etc.
• Familiar with Sendmail, Postfix, Bind, VMware etc.
• Skills on Unix shell, Perl, Python is preferred.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and systems.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with ease
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
