Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Trainer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Real Estate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to our team of real estate agents, who work in areas such as investment consultancy, property management, and rental optimization. You will also work closely with our leadership team to identify training needs and develop effective training strategies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Real Estate, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in the real estate industry • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members and leadership • Experience in developing and implementing training needs assessments, training plans, and training evaluation measures • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, but not required
