Job Responsibilities:
• Performs and may provide guidance on all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs.
• May provide guidance for Junior Software Developers in creating a variety of models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an application.
• Conducts code reviews and executes unit tests.
• Apply best practices for the development, and deployment of applications, and works with members to foster growth within the team
Qualifications:
• Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident to be able to get the required level of clearance
• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Java development experience
• Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience can be considered for the Mid-level role
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring / Struts / Hibernate
• Experience in Angular or React will be an advantage
• Leadership experience will be an advantage
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
