Maintaining an internal banking application in operational condition:
Respond to users' requests for assistance;
Monitor daily processing in liaison with the operations/production teams
production teams before services are opened up to users;
Carry out impact analyses and studies (Estimates, Solutions and Quotations) in conjunction with theApplication/Business Manager, the DSID CALF functional and technical architects;
Carry out and implement corrections/upgrades in conjunction with the operations/production teamsproduction teams, in accordance with the requests of the Application / BusinessManager;
Analyzing and managing anomalies/incidents from start to finish in conjunction with the
and the Application Managers affected;
Carrying out operational monitoring of application incidents (liaising/coordinating with all
all the parties involved, reporting on the follow-up of resolution action plans, etc.);
Allocate and manage workload plans;
Write application documentation and manage knowledge capitalization.
Qualifications
-More than 4 years of experience in such role as PHP or DevOps Engineer.
Additional Information
Must have:
-Legible to work in Lisbon;
-Have a minimum communications in French and English (B1/B2).
