Roles and Responsibilities:
• Good understanding about OLT provisioning and configuration/IP Request and Port assignments.
• Responsible for assigning port and IPs for new OLTs, Manage IP and port assignment.
• Manage the DHCP Server and IP scope related to FTTH subscribers.
• Good understanding about required request for security activation.
• Generate turn-up sheet for managing the provisioning flow of OLT turn.
• Submit and monitor the required change activity to initiate Day 1, Day 2 and Threadiness activities.
• Work with the construction/network implementation team for pre-work in preparing Tools for activation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues with pre-provisioned OLT
• Activate Return-Segments (new PON Ports) on OLT/Edge Gateway Platform
• Work with Network Implementation to schedule and activate and test the new Nonsegmental.
• Work with Project Management and Network Implementation for scheduling and coordinating the execution of new card installs.
• Activate new Line Card for 7360 and 7750 Platform Review Engineering Plan and complete MOP (Method of Procedure) for activating telerecord, Create Change Ticket related to the card installation or port-augmentation.
• Assist with provisioning and pre-work activities related to OLT Re-homing and Re-location.
• Organize the required resources and review Method of Procedure to conduct migration activities
• Access switch provisioning and decommissioning
• Work with Project Management and Network Implementation for scheduling and coordinating the execution of new Access Switches, or decommissioning (as required)
• Review Engineering Plan and complete MOP (Method of Procedure) for provisioning related activities.
• Enterprise Customer / 3rd Party NNI Provisioning
• Conduct customer provisioning, decommissioning and migration activities related tothe Enterprise (legacy) network
