▪ Contribute to executing design services to any assigned project effectively and
efficiently.
▪ Multiple project planning (budget, timetable, resources), follow-up and progress
reporting
▪ Ensures that the project is running smoothly on time and directing work to the
Architects and Draftsman.
▪ Contribute to conceiving and developing architectural solutions to meet client
requirements, regulations, codes and standards and economy and adequacy for
construction.
▪ Quality control, risk analysis & management and process improvement
▪ Participation to site meetings when necessary
▪ Use of project tools must be confident with IT, digital tools including REVIT software.
▪ Participate in sales meeting and individually run follow-up meetings.
▪ Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a
particular field.
▪ Works with very little supervision or coaching. Primary job functions require exercising
independent judgment.
Skills
▪ A minimum 5-year experience in all phases of design to all disciplines, i.e.,
architecture, structure and engineering, including substantial and varied experience
involving responsible planning and design of complex projects.
▪ Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving
unprecedented problems, determining project objectives and requirements,
organizing programs, and developing standards and guidelines for diverse
architectural activities.
▪ Experience in overseeing teams and contractors with proved track record in
delivering success, performance, and achievement.
▪ Flexibility in terms of deployable hours and understand the realities of time
pressure.
▪ Understanding of coordination between different disciplines – Architectural,
Interior Design, Structural, MEP & Landscape
▪ Understanding of UAE regulations and laws around construction
▪ CAD skills and 3D modelling experience, REVIT experience, BIM experience
/understanding
▪ Communication skills are of paramount importance. Candidate to demonstrate
ability to communicate ideas in a well-organized professional manner.
▪ Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering
▪ Excellent communication, writing and computer skills (MS Project and Primavera)
▪ Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic knowledge is a plus
