The Role:
• Lead Developer and Subject Matter Expert in a hands on role.
• Lead, mentor & 'Uplift' 6x Developers, including review of code with the ability to make excellent technical decisions.
• Work with high load, high availability systems.
• Drive technical architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions using C#, .NET and React.
• Gather requirements from the stake holders, design
and implement micro service systems & requested
changes.
• Maintained and developed the API endpoints and micro
services.
• Develop software architecture in the application design. Follows best practices and solve business issues in an optimal way.
• Implement requested changes on FrontEnd systems.
• Bring in new practices and tools to maintain / increase the team’s code quality.
• CI/CD build pipeline improvements.
Skills needed:
• Solid C#, .NET experience
• 2+ Years React Front end development experience.
• Strong Cloud based experience (ideally AWS, but full training provided if you are skills in AZURE or GCP).
• Strong SQL
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong experience designing & setting up software architectures.
• Keen follower of best practices and applies them to the code base.
