The key point of contact between MC and its customers: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Responsible for maximisation of sales for MC’s products and also in the turnover of sales. Task & Responsibilities Main Activities • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. • Be able to travel within region. • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information. • Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing sales action plan. • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing sales action plan. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing budget forecast as needed and individual sales target. • Build and manage key account. • To conduct training/workshop for customers and understand their problems and identify solutions through the effective use of our products. • Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap • Be an expert with respect to the competition • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals • Develop sales tools and collateral • Propose an overall budget to ensure success • Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings Other • Any other tasks assigned
