The Opportunity - Full Time
Our Quality Assurance department plays a pivotal role for the business in evaluating our customer operations calls in line with regulatory guidelines, and provides QA related feedback to both department managers and agents.
Using a predetermined evaluation criteria, the objective of the role is to ensure call compliance and quality across our call centre operations through monitoring & marking calls, providing feedback, tracking QA trends and providing updates and support to the business in relation to regulatory change.
To be successful in the role, you will be passionate about QA/Compliance, coupled with a high level of attention to detail, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
