Job DescriptionExperience: 3+ YearsLocation : DubaiMode: Work from office.EBS Procurement Techno Functional• Receiving end user service requests and log a service request ticket in the customer help desk ticketing system;• Tracking the end user service requests to provide the end user with known actions to provide a workaround to the service requests;• Escalate unresolved end user service request as needed with the functional track leader of the Oracle managed service to provide a workarounds for user requests, and;• Escalate unresolved end user service requests as need to the customer Level 2 Support agents.• Excellent experience in supporting procurement modules , Inventory and Costing.
