The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Leadership and Innovative Solutions: Provide strategic oversight for both the Contracts division and the Chain Ecosystem. This includes spearheading business growth, optimizing products, listing pairs, and managing risk. Your innovation and strategic acumen are vital for introducing forward-thinking solutions, exemplified by the development of cutting-edge tools for business expansion.
• Collaboration and Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of collaboration by closely collaborating with various teams, regional sales teams, market maker teams etc, to streamline self-market-making activities and curtail operational costs. Design market-adjustment SOPs to foster cross-departmental cooperation.
• Blockchain Ecosystem Oversight: As the overseer of Chain Operations, you will manage a wide array of responsibilities encompassing node elections, and community cultivation.
• Research, Innovation, and Community Engagement: Led the research team and was responsible for producing over 15 research reports spanning various blockchain technologies.
• Economic Model Development: Demonstrate your proficiency by developing and refining the CMT economic model, establishing the CMT Incubator, and spearheading the evaluation of economic models, business models, and incentive mechanisms for CMT incubation projects.
The Profile
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial operations, blockchain technology and industry
• Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within financial operations, and blockchain organizations, with a track record of successfully driving business growth, managing teams, and delivering exceptional results.
• Innovation and Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies that have directly contributed to substantial revenue growth and the success of blockchain initiatives. Experience in product optimization and risk management is a plus.
• Collaborative Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, research, and development, as well as external partners and exchanges.
• Blockchain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized applications, with a proven ability to drive the growth of blockchain ecosystems, node elections, and community development initiatives. Familiarity with various blockchain platforms is highly desirable.
