Participates in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations
Manage Construction Administration process, able to work independently and handle RFI’s, site visits, field reports, & submittal review
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
Licensed Architect
Experience in the healthcare, justice, research and sport facility areas
Clear understanding of applicable codes & building construction systems, materials, and standards
High proficiency with Revit, Sketchup&Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to takes ownership of tasks and project deliverables
Comfortable dealing with project stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, authorities having jurisdiction
