Our client is offering banking, financial, and administrative services to millions of investors in North America THE ROLE Optimize campaigns to ensure profitability Maximize impact across paid and organic search Work with media partners to develop campaign/audience/creative strategies to strengthen impact on each channel. Discover all opportunities for expansion Manage campaign performance SEO/PPC Analyze channel, campaign, ad group and creative performance to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to achieve goals. Facilitate sustainable acquisitions. Develop a testing approach to identify efficiency, incrementality, and scalability and improve conversion. Partner with analytics and technical teams. QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing СЕО and PPC Expertise in working with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit Ads, Apple Ads Experience working on CRO across campaigns, ad groups, and landing pages Strong data and analytical skills. Proficiency in marketing tech solutions such as pixels, tracking, web analytics, SEMRush, Segment, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Scaling and optimizing paid search channels at a B2B, B2C, marketplace, or ad agency, with accountability for performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Ability to build reports and draw key insights from quantitative and qualitative data
