Key Responsibility: 1. Facilitate the digital product (i.e. Mobile App) delivery, ensuring a compelling and engaging user experience to be delivered that meet the business objectives; 2. Responsible for issuer connection,support issuers on all App related duties,including but not limited to issuer system enhancement support, transaction issue investigation and fix, compliance related enhancement. 3. Responsible for the daily operation of the digital product including but not limited to data analysis, App functionalities setting, content preparation and uploading, problem solving and testing, to ensure the operational excellence of the App service; 4. To work closely with internal and external parties on the App content&service maintainence and development to drive up user acquisition, awareness and loyalty; content design and development including App UI enhancement, marketing campaign material design, user flow and education. 5. Initiate and implement user side campaigns independently to drive the app usage and user loyalty. 6. Research ways to enhance the customer experience on the digital product, and identify new potential partnerships and explore opportunities for App enhancements 7. Produce regular data analysis on App user usage and sales performance, market research and reporting with associated insights; 8. Assist HQ Product Manager to complete UAT testing, solve product inquiries/problems from users and partners, summaries issue points for further product enhancement; 9. Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, e-Commerce or related Business Administration discipline; 2. Minimum 2 years or above work experience, preferably in Fin-tech product operation, marketing in payment industry or financial services; Fresh-grad also welcome. 3. Experience in Website/App/ Product &Operation and marketing is an advantage 4. Strong database management skill and analytical skill. 5. Able to work independently, a mature self-starter with strong motivation, good business sense. 6. Organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time. 7. Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English (Fluent Putonghua is an advantage). 9. Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
