This is an 18 month fixed termrole Amazon's EU Global Transportation Service(GTS) team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer obsessed, andresults oriented Product Manager to join the Transportation ChangeManagement team in EU. In this role, you will partner with ouranalytics team to manage a portfolio of products which support costreductions, increase delivery speed and improve delivery experiencefor Amazon customers. As part of the EU Customer FulfillmentNetwork Design organization you will combine business processknowledge, data expertise, and influencing skills to identify anddrive products to manage change across our transportationnetwork. Our ideal candidate works effectivelyin a cross-functional environment and is comfortable communicatingwith both technical and business stakeholders. You have a historyof delivering results and developing scalable solutions that servehundreds of customers, with the right balance of thinkingstrategically and maintaining a keen attention to detail. You usedata to guide decision-making, have strong business judgement, andcan solve complicated problems with simple, elegant solutions. Tobe successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills,excellent communication skills, ability to influence acrossbusiness functions and manage stakeholders' expectationseffectively. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline drivenenvironment that requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortablein working with multiple business and technicalteams. Your responsibilities willinclude: - Manage Ambiguity: Understandcomplex business problems across organizations and product lines toestablish the objectives, strategies, and actions required toachieve business goals. Contribute to the strategy by prioritizingtechnical and operational initiatives. - StakeholderManagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders tounderstand priorities, define the roadmap, and collaborate onactions to drive the implementation of cross functional initiativeswhile improving our customers' experience. - RequirementsDefinition: Produce high quality requirements documents,effectively prioritize, and manage the scope of each product launchto deliver key capabilities on time. Write user stories tocommunicate customer needs in an agile developmentenvironment. - Product Roll-out: work with teams tocreate and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor keyperformance metrics to ensure product performance and identifyoptimization opportunities. Therole can be based in London or Luxembourg.
