• We are seeking a Senior UX / UIDesigner to play a vital role in shaping the design strategy anddriving the overall user experience and user interface for ourcustomers across various ecommerce platforms, including desktopweb, mobile web, and native mobile apps as well as omnichannelproject such as in store digitalexperience
• The role is highly focused on drivingecommerce efficiency by developing or revamping entirely our UX/UIexperience on our ecommerceplatforms
• You will play a critical role indriving innovation, setting design standards, and ensuring that ourbrands deliver top-notch user experiences & interfaces thatkeep our customers engaged anddelighted
• The primary responsibility will be totranslate design choices into impactful decisions that enhance ourecommerce shopping journey, from navigation to checkout, to boostperformance across all channels. (session to PDP, PDP to add tocart, add to cart to checkout and checkout totransaction
• Plan and conduct discovery andusability research, including identifying opportunities, writingtest plans and scripts, analyzing results, and effectivelycommunicating findings to influence projectdecisions.
• Create and / or follow UI/UXguidelines, including colors, icons, typographic specifications,graphic and photographic styles, video & motion concepts,and other relevant elements to maintain consistent brandrepresentation.
• Collaborate closely with Tech,Product, Marketing, CRM teams as well as ecommerce trading team andother key stakeholders to identify, define, and implement designsolutions that elevate our customerjourney
• The Senior UX/UI Designer willinspire and provide direction for our brands ensuring delivery ofbest-in-class design and delivery of MarTechstrategies

• Create& develop the UI/UI roadmap for one of GMG sports divisiononline ecommerce platform
• Conduct userresearch, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to informdesign decisions and enhance the overall userexperience
• Develop user personas, customerjourney maps, and other design artifacts to guide the team increating intuitive and engaging digitalexperiences
CreativeDirection:
• Oversee thefull P&L of the ecommerce brands, monitor financialperformance, and take proactive measures to achieve revenue andprofitability targets.
• Analyze sales data,market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas forgrowth and profitability improvement.
• Developand manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expensesaccurately.
