The Group's HR Strategy team has a Management Associate approach in identifying high calibre HR professionals to be part of this Global team. This team is the brain centre of the People / HR organisation where its sets the HR agenda across Talent, L&D, HR technology. This includes the application of people analytics, and working closely with functional teams in aligning their workplan and seeing through the projects.
Requirement
• Strong academic pedigree HR professional (4-7 years) who is a also a digital native
• Prior career track as a HR Management Associate, HR Consulting or in HR Strategy Planning
• Experienced in designing methodologies and frameworks to analyze people problems and develop recommendations for action
• Proven capabilities in strategic thinking, critical thinking, analysis, communication and stakeholder management
• Experienced in handling complex and scalable HR projects
• Some conversational level of Mandarin may come in useful due to coverage
• This position is applicable for Singaporeans & PRs
