• Lead the backend vision: Shape the long-term direction of our backend infrastructure and empower the teams behind it.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to translate vision into action.
• Deliver high-quality code: Write clean, tested, and customer-centric code that delivers real value.
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
• Seasoned software engineer (6+ years): You have a proven track record of designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services. You understand the principles of service-oriented architecture and deliver well-crafted code.
• Passionate about web3: You believe in the transformative power of decentralized finance and its potential to connect the world.
• Bonus points (but not required!):Startup veteran: Experienced navigating rapid growth from startup to mid-size.
• Growth hacking ninja: Familiar with A/B testing and growth experimentation frameworks.
• Blockchain enthusiast: Possess experience with relevant technologies like Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum.
• Microservices master: Adept at decomposing monoliths into efficient microservices.
