Manual Testing & QA Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in developing testing strategies/plans, comprehensive test cases, scenarios/scripts for manual testing.
• Proficient in preparing and creating test data covering all test scenarios.
• Extensive experience in testing non-functional requirements such as fail-over, component response times, data integrity, and security.
• Hands-on experience of at least 5 years in BI product and end-to-end ETL testing.
• Well-versed in web-based system testing and QA, including integration testing for both systems and applications, unit testing, regression testing, functional testing, accessibility testing, non-functional testing, smoke testing, and performance and stress testing.
Test Automation Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in web-based applications testing automation.
• Proficient in using test automation tools/frameworks (Javascript or Python based framework like Selenium, Cypress) for coding, extracting automation testing, and integrating it with DevOps CD/CI pipeline.
• Skilled in implementing data flows among systems and external systems.
• Experience in developing and modifying automation scripts, analyzing and debugging them, and executing thorough automation scripts to ensure software quality.
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming skills of JavaScript to develop automation testing.
• Ability to identify and document test requirements, link test requirements and test artifacts, and develop end-to-end scripts including expected results and prepare/modify test data.
Agile Delivery and General Skills
• Familiarity with agile methodology and Azure DevOps tools for testing artifacts and testing lifecycle management.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and understand requirements precisely.
• Proficient in meeting facilitation skills to gather requirements, reporting progress on deliverables to the team, delivering in strict timelines, and being a team player.
• Good research skills and quick learner.
Note: Hybrid work arrangement available. Must have 8+ years of web-based system testing and QA experience and 3+ years of experience using test automation tools/frameworks.
Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
