Identifying organization IT needs and recommending suitable solutions to Management including, and not limited to computer systems, network, emails, firewalls, CCTV, attendance machine and our applications.Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.Assess vendors and develop test strategies for newhardware and software.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT. Implemented the NetSuite ERP NETSUITE EXPERIENCE MANDATORYBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, InformationSystems, or a related field, or equivalent experience10-15 years of experience working in IT operations and 3-5yrs of Management experience in the UAEKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java Script, Suite Script) is mandatory.Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.NetSuite certification (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Suite Foundation) is a plus.Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into NetSuite solutions.Proficiency in customizing forms, workflows, and reports within NetSuite
