• QA Engineer • London (Hybrid 3 days office) • Up to £50,000 D.O.E Digital Waffle is on the lookout for a QA Engineer to Join a SaaS company. Your task entails the meticulous examination of software, employing both manual scrutiny and automated tests. Your focus will be to uncover any imperfections, whether they be bugs or glitches, and promptly communicate your findings. Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the development team to strategize and execute comprehensive quality assurance and testing plans. • Assist in the coordination of testing cycles, deployment phases, and product releases for Insightful products while meticulously documenting discovered issues and bugs. • Offer valuable usability feedback to the development staff to enhance product quality. • Introduce and refine processes or tools for testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Generate QA reports to facilitate feedback loops with management and developers. • Innovate by creating new testing pipelines to automate manual processes. • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth in testing and QA practices. • Validate customer feedback and communicate its validity to developers for action.
