QA Lead - Payments knowledge required
• Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai

We are partnered with a leading payment organisation in UAE who are in search of a QA Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating closely with squad members to outline explicit stakeholder involvement and devise comprehensive test plans.
• Develop thorough test cases while optimizing automation wherever possible.
• Managing the execution of tests as per the plan, monitoring and generating key testing metrics, and overseeing the resolution of defects are integral aspects of the role.
• Obtaining stakeholder sign-off, creating and maintaining a robust regression pack, and guiding the testing team in achieving squad and tribe objectives.
• Ensuring the adoption of test management tools and adherence to testing processes are also part of the responsibilities.
Required experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science and 7+ years of QA experience.
• Strong expertise in various testing methodologies, including black box, white box, performance, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, Katalon, or smartbear is essential, along with a solid understanding of SQL.
• Well-versed in compatibility testing across different platforms and possess experience in the Merchant Acquiring domain, including Payment Gateways, POS, and scheme simulators.
• Additional advantages include experience in scheme certification, proficiency in CI/CD using Azure DevOps pipeline integration, expertise in performance testing with Load Runner, and familiarity with test management tools like Azure DevOps and Katalon.
• Building real-time dashboards for testing and defect management is a sought-after skill, along with the ability to coach and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
