We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud technologies. Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of the networking platform mainly Unifi Access Points and Switches • Troubleshoot network & system issues • Monitor active network and server infrastructure • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures • Document all technical procedures and user guides • Locate and label network cables and connections, updating our network diagram database for accuracy. Create and manage VLANs to efficiently separate traffic from Cameras, VOIP phones, WiFi, and Ethernet devices. • Design and implement a ticketing system to capture and prioritize all IT requests and support incidents. Provide end-user support by resolving technical issues efficiently and maintaining excellent customer service. • Support and maintain Windows Servers and Hyper-V virtual machines. Plan and execute Azure AD migration and Azure Virtual Machine Migrations. • Perform WiFi heat mapping and optimization of channels and signals to ensure a reliable and high-performing wireless network. • Administer Chromebooks, ensuring they are properly configured, secure, and up to date. WiFi Optimization: Qualifications: • 7+ Years Proven experience in network infrastructure management and administration. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure AD, and Azure Virtual Machines. • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Deadline and detail-oriented • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Experience in creating and managing VLANs
