Prodigy Personnel is assisting our client in Kitchener with their search for a temporary Javascript Developer. This would be a 3-6 months contract on a day shift 8:00am-4:30pm. Payrate to be determined based on experience
Job Duties/Qualifications:
• Mid level experience in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework, we use FastAPI
• Familiarity with NOSQL databases, we use MongoDB
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as React, CSS and HTML5
• Understanding of data security compliance
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding and experience using REST APIs
• Strong debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with AWS stack, specifically API gateway and lambdas
