```Duties```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement
- Perform regular backups and recovery procedures
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
- Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations
- Develop and implement database policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting
- Experience with database administration tools such as SSIS
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Ability to perform performance tuning and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
