Technical Architect 80,000 – 110,000Location: United Kingdom (London – London) Type: PermanentTechnical Architect (Java Experience)We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong Java skills and management experience to join a scaling technology consulting team based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The organization has a focus on bringing a user-centered design mindset to development/design! Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and architecture.Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and related technologies.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that best practices are followed and quality standards are maintained.Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full llaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within ntinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code quality and standards are maintained.Requirements:At least 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and related technologies.Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with strong design and architecture skills.Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in an Agile development environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you are a self-starter who thrives in a challenging and dynamic environment, and you meet the requirements above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Location: London Salary: 80,000 - 110,000 + package Working arrangement: 3 days per week remote / 2 days onsite (Zone 1 London) Reference: AMC/CSM/TA
