Business Development Manager required for our client, a leading and innovative company in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for both domestic and commercial projects across the UK.
They specialize in Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar Assisted Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal systems, Solar PV, Battery Storage & EV Chargers and are looking for an experience BDM to join their team and assist in their growth strategy.
Business Development Manager Position Overview
You will improve their market position and achieve financial growth. Defines long-term organisational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
The clients range from Hospitality, Engineering and Manufacturing companies and will all be on a commercial basis, covering the whole of the UK.

Business Development Manager Position Requirements
• At least 5 years' experience in a BDM position
• Experience in either renewable, construction, electrical, mechanical, or building trades will also be considered
• Proven track record of KPIs being met and surpassed
• Experience in large projects, averaging from £100K - £1M.
• Ideal candidate location will be based in Scotland, however due to the nature of the job, other candidates will be considered outside of Scotland.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding business development targets.
Business Development Manager Position Remuneration
• £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
• 5% of profit for the year around targets and KPIs being met (OTE £70K - £120K)
