3+ years experience with providing Operational Support
4+ years experience in IT concepts, tools ; methodologies
Functional administration of EMS OSM TOTL applications with focus on data flows between core apps residing on servers
3+ years experience with Oracle OS and change control

Strong Relational Database management skills
Strong at Windows OS environments
Strong in Communication skills
Monitor interfaces tied to servers outside of apps
Coordinate production monitoring with Operations Center and other development and support teams
Experience with Perl scripting as needed for resolution
SQL, Sql*Plus and PL/SQL skills
Meet or exceed departmental metrics for problem response/resolution timeframes
BS in CS or Engineering, or equivalent
Configuration/execution of batch jobs, scripts, etc
