• Technology evaluation and selection:
• Bachelors or Master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10+ years as an Lead Enterprise Architect or similar role (preferred in insurance domain
• Overall 15+ years of industry experience with hands on development skills
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, ADM and ArchiMate
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure technology architectures, including AWS and AZURE cloud-based solutions
• Proficiency in analysing complex business and technical requirements and translating them into architectural designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional multi geographical teams and driving technology initiatives
• Proficiency in defining and implementing technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and architectural patterns using UML
• Prior experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of data integration, security, scalability, and performance considerations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledgeability of an EA tool (Archi, Bizz Design) is preferred
• Attention to detail and able to prioritize day to day work effectively
