Must-have Skills:
• 2+ years related experience required
Skills and Competencies
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Ability to enter data 7000+ key strokes per hour
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
• Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test

Nice-to-have Skills:
• Prior RBC or OFI experience an asset
• Adapts quickly and can easily learn new source tools
• Understands and effectively execute according to process flows with accuracy

• Good organizational skills, accountability to optimize their workload and attention to detail
• ENG is mandatory – FRE is an asset as they will be processing client letters across all of Canada
