We are looking for a Product Manager, Managing Corporate Actions to: • co-develop and deliver along our product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle • support new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod • support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals • partner with business, IT and vendors depending on the product class • act as product owner/manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers • ensure the product is being tested together with business partners, IT and vendor to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before rollout Your team In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Managing Corporate Action Crew in Zürich / Singapore focusing on creating and managing a best-in-class, efficient and low-risk Corporate Actions digital platform, empowering clients, and portfolio managers to optimize their investments. Your expertise • 2-4 years experience as a Business Analyst or Subject matter Expert within the financial industry in the area of Corporate Actions, responsible for driving business change/transformation initiatives • have a flair and being interested in technical developments in the world of Corporate Actions • working in agile environments with understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management • ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation. • strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
