We accelerate our customers current cloud journey's by adopting modern data platforms and migrate the data warehouse in on-premise/other clouds to Azure with our self-migration solutions. Azure cloud engineer is required to liaise with architects, developers, infrastructure engineers, vendors and other key stakeholders to solve complex problems to ensure seamless operation of Azure cloud. Responsibilities: • Experience with Automation and implementing CI/CD processes. • Experience managing cloud solution design, security and implementation in Azure. • Strong understanding of DevOps as a core philosophy for delivery and cloud initiatives. • Proven experience with scripting Languages and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Python and PowerShell. • Strong Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and governance including networking, policy and security concepts and capabilities. • Operational activities supporting infrastructure related for our products/ business domains. • Incident management in non-prod and prod environments. • Provide support to other customer teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. • Work with Scrum Masters to plan and deliver cloud operational tasks in JIRA and Confluence. • Work closely with cloud platform and domains to ensure standard IT practices are being followed. • Ensure the cloud platforms are maintained and up to date throughout their ‘lifecycle’ from creation to retirement. • Contribute to prioritisation of a backlog of continuous improvement items. • Microsoft Azure cloud certifications. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology. • Knowledge of Finance Industry Domain is good to have • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
