ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Games Operation Manager to manage our portfolio of GameFi and tokenized assets. This role demands a deep understanding of gaming mechanics, blockchain technology, and asset management to effectively maximize the potential of our gaming investments.
The successful candidate is a hands-on blockchain and crypto enthusiast, and a get-it-done operations fanatic with previous experience in management with Crypto-based knowledge (i.e. Trading, Defi, Yield Farming, IDO experience, PlayToEarn, Token knowledge.)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse portfolio of GameFi and tokenized assets, ensuring optimal investment and asset growth.
• Engage deeply with game play to develop a comprehensive understanding of game mechanics, aiding in the formulation of effective farming and monetization strategies.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team to implement and execute farming and yielding strategies efficiently.
• Monitor the vesting schedules of NFTs and track development stages of games including alpha, beta, and full release phases.
• Actively play and engage with the games within the portfolio to gain firsthand experience and insights into game dynamics and player perspectives.
• Identify and capitalize on airdrop opportunities prior to full game releases to maximize asset extraction.
• Manage the budget, primarily focused on headcount costs, to optimize returns from farming and yielding operations.
• Design and maintain dashboards for tracking progress and provide monthly reports on farming and yielding operations.
YOUR BACKGROUND
• Proven experience in managing GameFi projects and tokenized assets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.
• Demonstrated ability in playing and understanding complex game mechanics.
• Experience in leading teams and managing budgets effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in dashboard creation.
• Passion for gaming and blockchain technology.
