**URGENT HIRING: IT SUPPORT WITH WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS**
We're currently seeking an IT Support professional with experience in web and graphic design. Your role will involve assisting end users in effectively utilizing websites, hardware, and software. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring websites, computer systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• *Main Responsibilities of an IT Support with Web & Graphic Design Skills**:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Update and maintain website content and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital platforms.
• *Key Requirements**:
- A degree in IT, CS, ICT, MIS or another relevant course
In-depth knowledge of the following: Windows, Oracle, Remote Desktop Protocol, Avaya, Cisco, NAS, Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace, Amadeus, Adobe Creative Cloud
• *Location**:Abu Dhabi (on-site)
