We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. As a WordPress/WooCommerce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable e-commerce websites for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our design, development, and project management teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences that exceed client expectations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and functionalities based on client requirements.
• Customize and extend WooCommerce functionality to meet specific project needs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into WordPress/WooCommerce websites.
• Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to implement creative and user-friendly solutions.
• Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and security to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform quality assurance testing and deploy updates in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress/WooCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance our development process.
Education and Work Experience:
• With a minimum of three (3) years of experience as WordPress/WooCommerce Developer.
• A graduate of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing your WordPress/WooCommerce projects.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Experience with other CMS and frameworks.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Extensive knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plug-ins and APIs.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team
