Job Summary:
The Business Architect /Strategic Advisor - Wealth Management is responsible to define the roadmap of business initiatives to transform and modernize within the wealth management domain. This role involves understanding the business objectives, analyzing current processes, and developing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to align business strategies with technology solutions in the context of wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing wealth management business processes.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance overall efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable process improvements.
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive business architecture models for wealth management, considering people, processes, information, and technology aspects. Design and propose strategic solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Alignment between business strategies and technology solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and communication.
Risk Management: Identify and analyse potential risks associated with proposed business processes and solutions. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the security and integrity of wealth management operations.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system architectures, and integration points. Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the wealth management sector. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of wealth management business processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Knowledge of relevant technologies and their application in the wealth management context.
Experience in major transformations and modernizations in wealth management
