• • Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM Business Process Consulting, encompassing ServiceNow implementation, architecture/design, and end-to-end platform rollout.
• Possess knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture. Demonstrate proficiency in managing expectations and priorities, exercising good judgment, and adopting a pragmatic approach to deliver solutions aligned with company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
• Bring forth a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, specializing in CMDB, ServiceMap, and ITAM.
• Demonstrate expertise in building Configuration Data Management (CDM) or Common Services Data Model (CSDM) models for diverse customer bases.
• Showcase a track record of executing multiple API-based, Plugin-based, and Orchestration-based integrations between ServiceNow and other Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products.
• Exhibit hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, and proficiency in implementing Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning across public and private clouds, as well as hybrid clouds.
• Garner at least 6 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment within the ServiceNow environment.
• Take the lead in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations in both domain-separated and multi-vendor environments.
• Manage development efforts related to ServiceNow platform modules using JavaScript, providing support for newly developed modules/products.
• Participate actively in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases.
