Summary:
• Primary objective of this job role is to communicate requirements and technical design with offshore team members. Performs project management activities and provides technical guidance as per direction of IT Director, Application development. Additionally, this individual will assist with following activities:
• Onsite project coordination
• Production Support
• Software Development
• This is a Hybrid position where you will work 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week from your home office.
Essential Functions:
• Sync with various teams to get required information and unblock offshore team
• Assign tasks to team members, coordinating with them and reviewing the activities including code review
• Responsible for overseeing the Quality procedures related to the project
• Monitor applications in production environments and provide real time support for analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in working with different project execution methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Microsoft Certification preferred.
Experience:
• Need to have at least 3+ yrs. of onsite/offshore team coordination experience required.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore model required.
• 3+ years of experience with requirement (technical + functional) gathering required.
• Software Developer/Coordinator with 8+ years of experience in C#, ASP.net, Web API, Angular 7+, Micro services technologies with strong foundation in Data structure, Design patterns and Algorithms preferred.
Required Skills:
• C#, ASP.net, Web API, Angular 7+, Micro services technologies, SQL server.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns, Data structures and Algorithms.
• Good in project management, stakeholder management and risk management.
• Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
