Job Description Position Title : HR Administrator HR Administrator Reports to Functionally HR Operations Lead Purpose of Position The main role of the HR Administrator is to coordinate all administrative aspects of the HR function. The HR Administrator is required to assist the employees and HR Team within the scope of the tasks assigned to him, with a focus on administrative activities, onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking and overall coordination of HR tasks. Primary Functions and Responsibilities : • To coordinate the onboarding of new employees with onboarding team. • To coordinate the offboarding of employees. • To issue all employment letters as requested by employees. • To maintain all personal files of employees. • To manage the leave records of employees and reconcile the headcount with the Staffing team and HRM. • To do HRIS entries timely and accurately. • Supervise visa processes with the GRO team and provide the necessary support as needed. • Supervise visa and iqamas related processes for employees, dependents and imports. • To coordinate all the request & requirements related to medical insurance for addition, deletion, claims follow up. • To track, coordinate and update all employee benefits. • To coordinate LOA process. • To issue and update HR reports. • To manage all the tasks related to GOSI, WPS, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad...etc. Additional Functions and Responsibilities : • To complete all staff administrative correspondence in a timely manner. • To administrate the HR Inbox. • Primary first point of contact for any related information of HR. • To assist the HR team in their administrative tasks. • To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role. Communication Skills • Excellent communication • Fluent in English • Team player Technical Skills • Attention to detail and quality. • Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Familiar with all government portals such as GOSI, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad etc. Education Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration or any related major. Previous Experience Relevant work experience 2-4 years in a professional, corporate, customer-focused driven business. Preferably in an international firm. Qualifications Language Requirements Arabic / English
