About Our Client Our client is a large commercial corporation. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring a IT Manager who is 60% lead out source team on IT helpdesk and VIP support; 20% IT Service Management, SLA and ITIL best practices; 20% work with Infra and Cyber counterparts on transformation projects Job Description - Maintain close communication with multiple user departments - Helpdesk Management: Leading a team of 4 on IT helpdesk and VIP support - Project Management: Work with infrastructure and cyber counterparts on digital workplace transformation - Upgrade/ enhancement of ITSM tools, develop SLA and introduce ITIL best practices. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor in Information Technology or relevant disciplines • 8+ years in IT Services with focus on helpdesk and VIP support; recent 3 years as Team Leader position • Experience with digital workplace and ITSM tools e.g. ServiceNow • Strong in project and vendor management • Experience with SLA, Agile and ITIL best practices • Hands on with O365 admin. Experience with other digital workplace solutions is a plus e.g. SharePoint, Power Platform etc. • Experience with infrastructure and cyber solutions is a plus • Experience working at corporate/ enterprise environment • Good command in Cantonese and English • Decent, proactive, energetic with strong business acumen and leadership skills What's on Offer Our client provides sustainable career path to the candidate
