Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
- Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
- Handling of Incidents and Requests in accordance to process guidelines
- Provide technical support in order to assist the remote troubleshooting tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in IT related field is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proactive, responsible and good communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows/O365/ITIL will be an advantage
