About the role Zyyo is looking for a Webflow specialist under the umbrella of a UI/UX designer to propel the Zyyo brand forward, and develop websites using Webflow. This role presents an opportunity to join a growing organization of creative-minded professionals. The candidate will focus on digital website creation using Figma and Webflow keeping our creative exploits at the frontier of progress. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, design proficiency, and effective communication to create visually appealing and high-performing websites while aligning with client objectives and market trends. Responsibilities • Develop wireframes and mockups in Figma. • Create effective UI prototypes in Figma that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear visually, and implement them in Webflow. • Present the development process from ideation to functional prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders. • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). • Conduct thorough testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess UX and ensure stability and functionality. • Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design. • Adhere to brand standards and guidelines on fonts, colors, and images. • Design specific aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout adjustments and drop-down options, to colors and fonts based on feedback. • Participate and contribute to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives at the agile team level and up. • Work closely with Zyyo's marketing, operations, and property leadership to ensure a consistent message across channels, internally and externally. • Stay current with trends, best practices, and platform updates. • Coordinate with outside creative agencies, architectural firms, and print agencies. • Review and analyze client websites, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates. • Develop attractive, flexible, and conversion-optimized landing pages and web designs. • Integrate CMS programs and data feeds into client websites, ensuring proper functionality across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet). • Optimize website performance and scalability while adhering to industry best practices. • Incorporate brand elements and market research findings into web designs. • Provide internal and external customer service throughout the website creation and implementation process. • Engage in consumer research to understand needs and problems, guiding design decisions based on insights. • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and insights for effective project delivery. Qualifications • 4+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience. • 3+ years of Webflow experience. • Proven experience in Webflow development showcased through a robust portfolio. • Mastery level proficiency in Webflow, ideally holding the "Webflow Expert" certification or equivalent. • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and website management tools. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and other industry-standard design software. • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines. • Proficiency in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks. • Familiarity with SystemFlow or preferred Webflow frameworks. • Experience in implementing A/B testing strategies. • Competency in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks. • Strong understanding of UX-UI design principles and current design trends and technologies. • A highly creative and passionate individual with experience in communication design. • Excellent communication skills to articulate decisions and collaborate effectively. • Ability to demonstrate processes and methodologies. • Enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. • Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to improvement. • Detail-oriented approach to design, encompassing both broad concepts and intricate details. • Ability to multi-task and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
