Hi Tedi, We have existing house plans that need final touches such as calculations, measurements and exact instructions for foundations, framing, etc. The house is about 915 square ft. and has no garage so it's the house only. We need someone who can complete the work in the next couple days for submission to the county for approval. Prefer someone who is licensed in North Carolina but not required.
