We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter with a technical mind and a genuine interest in the Digital Assets space to become our lead Crypto Recruiter.
AI Search believe in taking a knowledge-driven approach towards recruitment. We operate in the systematic trading space which means that our clients and candidates are extremely technical individuals. Having a deep interest in how they apply technology and mathematics/machine learning to trading in traditional financial markets has been essential to building long term careers in this space. We are looking for someone that can take the same approach to recruiting in the Digital Markets space.
We will offer extensive training and support but are looking for someone with the right foundational attributes:
• Genuine interest in Crypto Assets, how they are traded as financial instruments and the ecosystem that supports them.
• Recruitment experience; we are looking for an individual that knows how to work in a consultative manner with candidates to discover what drives them and to help guide them through a job search. This can be from any sector.
• Thirst for knowledge and comfortable learning technical concepts. All of the information is made available but we do need someone that is self-motivated to take it on-board and leverage it in the right way.
• A good networker; the Crypto ecosystem is growing and evolving rapidly and often behind closed doors. Only someone that is able to build and maintain a high quality network of influential people within the space will be ahead of the competition.
