Discovery
Our hiring process begins with a discovery call with our Talent team. This call offers insights into Lean and ensures the role aligns with your aspirations.
Team/Culture
You will have the opportunity to meet with members of the Lean team. We will be assessing your experience, as well as your alignment to Lean’s culture and values.
Assessment
Depending on the role you are applying for, you will be given a case study or technical exercise. This will be completed remotely or in person.
Decision
Every candidate has the opportunity to meet a member of our leadership team as a final step.
