Lead JavaScript Developer - React, Node - £110K, Fully flexible with London office
A Lead JavaScript Developers with strong experience across TS, React and Node are required by a SaaS start-up who are building 3 x brand new Product Teams.
Currently they are a 40 people business with roughly 15 in tech and are looking to add 10 more Engineers spread across 3 brand new squads, working on completely greenfield projects. You will be Leading one of the new teams.
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Sass, , Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes
Requirements:
• You have led teams/projects, mentored and coached for 1-2+ years already
• You're still a strong individual contributor with acute coding skills in TypeScript, React and Node
• Multiple years of industry experience in a full stack web app development role (ideally in SaaS or Product driven companies)
• Product driven mindset with a desire to deliver value to customers or users
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers
Package & Benefits:
• Senior salary bracket is £90-110K
